Here are some tips and ideas for looking after yourself during this period.
Be kind and understanding of your own needs at this time.
Draw comfort from the people and the things around you.
Stay in touch with others, family, friends. Have chats and video chats.
If you feel stress, take a few deep breaths, as you breathe out, concentrate on letting go of your worries.
Develop new routines and structures for your day. If
you are working from home, try to stick to your regular working hours. Relax for your leisure time.
Why not try something creative or constructive? Some examples could include gardening, cooking, drawing, painting, writing, sewing, knitting, carpentry, building, playing an instrument! You may dicover a hidden talent, but most of all build some FUN into your day.
