Cruinniú na nÓg launch

Members from our 4th class ukulele groups under the direction of their tutor, Terry Byrne MGL  represented our school at the launch of Cruinniú na NÓg outside Portlaoise Library.Special guests in attendance included our Cathaoirleach Paschal McEvoy and members from the Creative Laois Culture and Creativity Team who were entertained by our ukulele performance.Jeca the clown brought some extra fun to the photoshoot.The pupil’s enjoyed a well earned ice cream and enjoyed the sunshine afterwards.Cruinniú na nÓg events will take place throughout Laois on Saturday,June 15thWell done to all involved.
