Safer Internet Day.
Dear Parents / Guardians.
This week your children will be celebrating “Safer Internet Day” in Scoil Bhríde. They will be taking part in activities to help them engage with the Internet in an enjoyable and safe way.
* 5th and 6th classes have prepared Internet Safety Posters and will be presenting these and a little Internet Safety Talk to 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th classes.
* All classes will be creating and signing an
Internet Safety pledge.
It is a time for us as a school community to promote the safe, responsible, and positive use of digital technology and the internet.
The Safer Internet Day slogan is “Together for a better internet”
This encourages everyone to join together to make the most of the internet’s potential to bring people together.
