We are beginning a new and exciting ‘Maths Eyes’ project with 3rd class children in the coming weeks and we need your help and input!!! The idea behind ‘Maths Eyes’ is that we take a look at how maths is used every day, every where, in Portlaoise.  This is a really good opportunity to get involved in your child’s education and spend time with your child in school.

There will be a short information session for parents/guardians of 3rd class children,  in school, next Monday 20th January at 1.30, the talk will take place in Ms.Cuddy’s Junior Infant classroom.

You do not need to be good at maths to take part in this project, ‘Maths Eyes’ is for everyone, of all abilities!!!
