Operation Transformation

5th class participated in Operation Transformation for the month of January. For this, we went out to Portlaoise College’s running track.

Some people ran, some walked and others jogged with their friends and had a laugh. We all completed more than two laps, some even completed five. People really challenged themselves and ran the whole track.

We built up our stamina, our strength in our legs and we built friendships by encouraging each other around the track. We were having so much fun that we didn’t even realise we were doing exercise.

We loved going to the track as it is a lot of fun and we are doing exercise at the same time.
