This year the school Christmas choir is overseen by Ms. Doheny , Ms. McCarthy, Mrs. Conlan and Ms. Lanham. Everyone from 5th and 6th class were invited to join. There were a lot of people keen to be in it this year. We practise nearly every day during big break from 12:50-1:20pm. We sing lots of songs like “Let It Go”, “Ding Dong  Merrily on High”,  “Deck the Halls”, “Santa Claus is Coming to Town”, “Silent Night”.

With such a big group of children, the choir has been split into two groups for carol singing. 5th class are going to sing in the shopping centre on the 6.12.16 and 6th class will sing on the 9.12.16. We even have some soloists and duets from 6th class; Rachel: Somewhere Only We Know, Niamh and Alice: Oh Holy Night, Shannon, Tamzin, Ben, Joel and Chi-Chi: Winter Song.

We will try and take some short videos and pictures of our carol singing on both days but if its possible, come down to the shopping centres on the 6th and the 9th to see us live!
