Our class had a great day on our Country & Western Day this Friday. They all looked wonderful dressed in their country outfits and had great fun at the bake sale. Thank you to the amazing 6th class students for organising such a great day!
Our brilliant 2nd classes had a great day on Wednesday for their school tour in Footee Tallaght. They spent the day doing lots of different outdoor activities in teams, working together and having great fun with their friends. They especially enjoyed the bubble soccer and dodgeball. Between the showers, the children had the best day…
Recently, our school took part in the Couch to 2k program in cooperation with Laois Sports Partnership. We had classes from 2nd to 6th who trained hard for 6 weeks! This was completed with our 2km run, and everyone involved gave their best efforts on the day to show that their hard work paid off….
2nd class had an amazing Lá Glas on Friday. They all looked wonderful in their green clothes and made a huge effort to take part. They especially loved the disco hosted by Mr. Meade.
As part of World Book Day, Ms. Fitzpatrick’s and Ms. Delaney’s 2nd Class visited the library for a special BFG event.
Ms. Delaney’s 2nd Class enjoyed Crazy Hair Day. A super effort was made. Well done to all the parents as well!
